Our base activities are amazing and will be a hit with the team. However, if you are looking to do a little more when it comes to team building, our team can take care of that too. Ask about Team Building Mini Golf and our Team Air Hockey – both of which can be organized and hosted by a GlowZone 360 staff.
FAQs
Do you serve food?
If you are looking for traditional Family Entertainment Centre eats – pizza, fries, popcorn chicken – then we have you covered! You are also more than welcome to bring in your own food, from potluck to catered.
Are you licensed?
We are not. However, if you are doing a facility rental and bringing in a caterer, they are often able to provide a special occasion permit.
When is the best time for a corporate event?
We are fun all of the time! However, non-holiday weekdays tend to be less busy than the weekend and holidays. Booking your event on a workday not only gets the staff away from their desks, it allows for a more personalized event with us.
How many people can you accommodate?
Each location is ideal for between 15 and 75 guests. Having said that, we are able to accommodate up to 120 people for larger events. They are just as much fun but take a little longer.
Do we get a private room?
Our party area will be set up for your group based on the size. The area will be separated from the rest of the space with dividers, allowing for a private area for the group.
How do you organize big groups?
We divide your large group into sections of no more than 25 people. Our staff then lead each group through their activities, ensuring they are all having a great time.
What are some of the team building activities?
Well, our Laser Tag has some great team challenges that require people to work together to win. In the mini golf, we can guide the group through several team challenges like playing blindfolded, using a plunger, etc. And we also can organize a few different types of very exciting air hockey tournaments in the arcade.
Will you open early / close late for our group? groups?
For very large groups, we can certainly open early or close late.
