Our ticketless system allows you to save both your credits and “tickets” on your play card so that you can save up for bigger, better redemption prizes. That’s if you have the willpower to do so….

How many Arcade Games do you have?
Each GlowZone 360 has around 24 games with a good mix of traditional arcade games and skill-based redemption games
Does my arcade card work at either location?
Yes, it does. Each location has slightly different games.
How do I reload my card with more credits?
Each location has an automated card kiosk that allows you to purchase new cards or reload your current card. You can also register your card at the kiosk. If that much technology freaks you out, we are also more than happy to reload your card at the front desk.
What are redemption games?
Redemption games are games of skill that provide you with "tickets" each time you play. The more successful you are at the game, the more tickets you get.
Does the game actually spit out tickets?
No, we have decided to save a few trees and have gone fully digital. The tickets are recorded on your game card.
What do I do with the tickets?
Tickets are redeemed for prizes that you take home with you. The more tickets you have, the more prize choices are available.
Can I save tickets and credits?
You absolutely can! Not only is it a great demonstration of your willpower, it allows you to save up for bigger and better prizes. We have had guests who save points for well over a year to get the big ticket prize they want.
What if I lose my card?
First, try to keep it safe. If you have decided to keep the same card to collect tickets for a bigger prize, we highly recommend that you register the card with us. This can be done at the location. That way, if it is ever lost, we will be able to find it, cancel it and replace it with a new one that comes preloaded with all of your credits and tickets. If you haven't registered it, it is just a lost card.
How much money can I put on the card?
We are never going to say no to your money, so you can put on as much as you would like. Keep in mind that the more money you put down at one time, the greater the number of bonus credits you get. For example, if you purchase a $30 game card, you get as many credits as you would by purchasing two $20 game cards. If you plan on coming a few times a year to play, it may make sense to purchase a larger value card and register it with us.
Is there a cheaper time to play the arcades?
Tuesdays! Come on Tuesdays if you like arcade games. All of the games with the exception of the instant win games like Key Master and the Crane games are set at half of the usual credits, meaning your money goes twice as far!!
Can I purchase items from the ticket redemption area?
You can not. That takes the fun and thrill out of it. All items in the redemption area are only available by cashing in the appropriate number of tickets.
