Cancellation policy

Please be aware that all Deposits are Non-Refundable.  If you are cancelling or rescheduling your event, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice.  If you have provided the appropriate notice,  you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months.   Any event cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice will forfeit their deposit.  If a new event is to be booked, a new deposit will be required.

Can you book a party online?

Of course you can. 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Just select the location above to get started. GlowZone 360 staff will call you a few days before your booked party to confirm details with you.

When should I tell my guests to arrive for a party?

You know your guests better than us. If your party starts at 1 pm, it STARTS at 1 pm. This is especially true of laser tag parties where the game will not wait for late guests. So if your group includes several people who like to be fashionably late, tell them 12:45 (or whatever time you think will actually get them to us by 1 pm).

What is the max party room capacity?

Max capacity is 24 for all party packages. If you are planning an event larger than 24, please contact the Operations Manager to review your options.

Are the rooms decorated?

The walls have murals painted on them, but there are no specific decorations as they are used for birthday parties, team parties, and other get-togethers often on the same day. You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations. We just ask that you don’t bring pinatas, confetti or silly string as it makes it difficult to clean the room between parties.

Are there tablecloths?

The tables don’t need tablecloths, but we have been asked that so many times that we now provide disposable 4 tablecloths for $9.99 or you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Where do you get your pizza?

We make our pizzas onsite. The pizzas are 10 slices, so you will receive one pizza for every five paid party guests and have a choice of cheese or pepperoni. You can also order extra pizza if required. Additional pizza can be added to any event for an additional cost. We sell cheese, pepperoni and have a few veggie options.

Do you provide cakes?

We do not. Cakes are very personal and trying to do them in bulk would take away from that.

Can I bring outside snacks if I book one of your party packages?

Yes, you can! You are more than welcome to bring in any snacks and drinks you would like as long as they are non-alcoholic and no outside catering. Some parties just bring chips, veggies, etc., to go along with the pizza we provide and others choose to bring in all of their own food and drinks.

If I have a laser tag party, do I have a private laser tag game for only my guests?

No. We can have up to 26 players in laser tag at once. Depending on the number of confirmed guests you have, the remainder of the vests may be sold to other walk-in groups or guests.

Do you provide a knife to cut the cakes?

Yes. You can bring your own if you wish but we have them if required.

Do you have a fridge or freezer space for cake?

We do have both fridge and freezer space for your cakes. And it will only cost you one delicious slice of it…

What time can I come to set up my room?

Our party rooms are in high demand and are booked back to back all day long. It is usually safe to come 10 minutes before the start of the party to decorate, but it is not guaranteed. Our staff may still be doing the final clean-up touches right up to the start of your party. But we will do everything we can to help you get set up.

How long do I get the party area for?

The party area is yours for two hours, after which we will put you to work getting it reset for the next party!

What are we allowed to bring in for a birthday party?

You can bring your own snacks, drinks (non-alcoholic), along with tablecloths and decorations. We ask that you don’t bring pinata’s, confetti or silly string as it makes it difficult to clean the room between parties. If you do bring some of your own snacks, don’t worry about leftovers – our staff will gladly help you with that!!

Are you peanut free?

Our pizza is peanut-free. However, the facility is not. We sell chocolate bars with peanut products and many other cake items come into the facility for each event.

Do you provide the plates for the cake if I book a party?

If you promise to share… Okay, even if the kids devour the cake, leaving nothing but crumbs, we do provide cake plates and a serving knife. We don’t have candles.
