The idea behind the 360 Combo was to provide guests with the opportunity to try all three of our attractions (laser tag, mini golf and arcades) for one low price. For $15.99, you can play one game each of laser tag and mini golf plus receive a $5 (22 credit) arcade card. However, if you love laser tag or mini golf and not the other, you can choose two games of laser tag or two games of mini golf instead of one of each.

Yes, you can. If you know when you are planning on arriving, you can call ahead and reserve your laser tag game and/or tee time for mini golf. We will take your walk-in reservation on Thursdays for any upcoming weekend reservations.

When you do make a reservation, we ask that you show up 10-15 minutes before your first game so that you can check in with staff.

It really is all about the artwork. We bring in an incredible mural artist from western Canada who does an incredible job of bringing our themes to life. The other unique thing is that our courses are fairly open and that is because many of our players come in larger groups and we want them to be able to have fun together even though they are playing on different holes. It makes for a more social atmosphere.

Both courses take players on a journey from the depths of the sea, to dense forests and mountain ranges before heading off into space.

Each course is completely different when it comes to hole design and play.

That really depends on how seriously you take it (and how good you are). A typical game takes between 35 and 45 minutes. We always recommend that you set some sort of challenge with the group. For example, if you are coming with the family, loser does dishes. On a date? Loser buys dinner. You would be surprised how much more fun and intense the game is.

The Laser Tag arena is approximately 4,000sf. Lots of room to move around while tagging others.

We recommend laser tag for individuals 6 years old and up (or a minimum of 48″)and that is mainly for the sizing of the laser tag vest. Having said that, if a younger child wants to play, a parent can wear the vest while the child holds the phaser. The best bet is to come on by and see if your child fits and is comfortable in the vest.

Each Laser Tag is a 20 min experience.

We can have up to 26 players in a game of Laser Tag.

You certainly can. There are several game types that make a two person game a lot of fun and very challenging.

You know your guests better than us. If your party starts at 1 pm, it STARTS at 1 pm. This is especially true of laser tag parties where the game will not wait for late guests. So if your group includes several people who like to be fashionably late, tell them 12:45 (or whatever time you think will actually get them to us by 1 pm).

Max capacity is 24 for all party packages. If you are planning an event larger than 24, please contact the Operations Manager to review your options.

The walls have murals painted on them, but there are no specific decorations as they are used for birthday parties, team parties, and other get-togethers often on the same day. You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations. We just ask that you don’t bring pinatas, confetti or silly string as it makes it difficult to clean the room between parties.

The tables don’t need tablecloths, but we have been asked that so many times that we now provide disposable 4 tablecloths for $9.99 or you are more than welcome to bring your own.

We make our pizzas onsite. The pizzas are 10 slices, so you will receive one pizza for every five paid party guests and have a choice of cheese or pepperoni. You can also order extra pizza if required. Additional pizza can be added to any event for an additional cost. We sell cheese, pepperoni and have a few veggie options.

We do not. Cakes are very personal and trying to do them in bulk would take away from that.

Yes, you can! You are more than welcome to bring in any snacks and drinks you would like as long as they are non-alcoholic and no outside catering. Some parties just bring chips, veggies, etc., to go along with the pizza we provide and others choose to bring in all of their own food and drinks.

No. We can have up to 26 players in laser tag at once. Depending on the number of confirmed guests you have, the remainder of the vests may be sold to other walk-in groups or guests.

Yes. You can bring your own if you wish but we have them if required.

We do have both fridge and freezer space for your cakes. And it will only cost you one delicious slice of it…

Our party rooms are in high demand and are booked back to back all day long. It is usually safe to come 10 minutes before the start of the party to decorate, but it is not guaranteed. Our staff may still be doing the final clean-up touches right up to the start of your party. But we will do everything we can to help you get set up.

The party area is yours for two hours, after which we will put you to work getting it reset for the next party!

You can bring your own snacks, drinks (non-alcoholic), along with tablecloths and decorations. We ask that you don’t bring pinata’s, confetti or silly string as it makes it difficult to clean the room between parties. If you do bring some of your own snacks, don’t worry about leftovers – our staff will gladly help you with that!!

Our pizza is peanut-free. However, the facility is not. We sell chocolate bars with peanut products and many other cake items come into the facility for each event.

If you promise to share… Okay, even if the kids devour the cake, leaving nothing but crumbs, we do provide cake plates and a serving knife. We don’t have candles.

Each GlowZone 360 has around 24 games with a good mix of traditional arcade games and skill-based redemption games

Yes, it does. Each location has slightly different games.

Each location has an automated card kiosk that allows you to purchase new cards or reload your current card. You can also register your card at the kiosk. If that much technology freaks you out, we are also more than happy to reload your card at the front desk.

Redemption games are games of skill that provide you with "tickets" each time you play. The more successful you are at the game, the more tickets you get.

No, we have decided to save a few trees and have gone fully digital. The tickets are recorded on your game card.

Tickets are redeemed for prizes that you take home with you. The more tickets you have, the more prize choices are available.

You absolutely can! Not only is it a great demonstration of your willpower, it allows you to save up for bigger and better prizes. We have had guests who save points for well over a year to get the big ticket prize they want.

First, try to keep it safe. If you have decided to keep the same card to collect tickets for a bigger prize, we highly recommend that you register the card with us. This can be done at the location. That way, if it is ever lost, we will be able to find it, cancel it and replace it with a new one that comes preloaded with all of your credits and tickets. If you haven't registered it, it is just a lost card.

We are never going to say no to your money, so you can put on as much as you would like. Keep in mind that the more money you put down at one time, the greater the number of bonus credits you get. For example, if you purchase a $30 game card, you get as many credits as you would by purchasing two $20 game cards. If you plan on coming a few times a year to play, it may make sense to purchase a larger value card and register it with us.

Tuesdays! Come on Tuesdays if you like arcade games. All of the games with the exception of the instant win games like Key Master and the Crane games are set at half of the usual credits, meaning your money goes twice as far!!

You can not. That takes the fun and thrill out of it. All items in the redemption area are only available by cashing in the appropriate number of tickets.
